3. Cayenne pepper Sambal (sambel cabe rawit)
material:
20 pieces of red cayenne pepper
1 / 4 tsp salt

4. Peanut Sambal (sambel kacang)
material:
10 pcs red chili sauce, boiled
5 fruit curly red chili, stew
3 tbsp fried peanut
1 / 4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 lime

ways of making
Mix all chili, peanut and salt
puree and add the soy sauce and sweet lime juice.

5. Fermented soy paste Sambal(sambel Tauco)
material:
3 cloves garlic
15 pieces of red chili sauce
3 curly red chili
2 tbsp Fermented soy paste
1 / 4 tsp salt
